Progress

Saw Alicia at the bustop todae.
Real glad that she is taking everything well.
Her usual self.
Chatty and all.

The team progressed alrite today.
Still need a bit of work for the next few trainings.

One of the midtiers din come today.
So I ended up standing in for her.
Good in a way, cos the other junior midtier learned quite a bit from me.

I stink like a piece of shit now.
Time to shower.

Rash Up

I wanted so much to go for the combined workshop today.
But my skin flared up after coaching last nite and rashes broke out on my arms and body.
Guess I should have listened to the door and be more regular with my medication.

PS: Saw Jianning yesterday and she is going to TW and then HK today. Too bad she would have left HK by the time I go back, if not, we could go shopping together!

Goodbye Ah Rong (For Now)

Sirong went to US for work-and-study.
Went to the airport to send her off yesterday.

Supposed to be at the airport at 11am.
I took a cab down cos I wanna be early.
Had not felt the morning sun for a long time.
(frowning from the concentration to hold the cam steady in the bumpy cab)
Reached the airport at 1050am.
Was so pleased with myself... until I called Ah Rong and realised she was still at home.
So in the end, I went to Mr Bean and had my breakfast.
The pancake was HOT!
Nice!
Next time if you wanna eat pancake, make sure you get it in the morning, right after they made a fresh batch! Waited for almost 45min and finally, a familiar face!
The check-in counters were pretty packed.
Luckily we didn't have to wait for long before Ah Rong was done with her check-in.
Ah Rong needed to make sure she got all her travel documents with her (under her dad's watchful eyes).
Her dad actually posed for this shot. So cute!
Ah Rong and her family.
Her brother is so much BIGGER than Ah Rong.
Hmmm... Can ask him to join Spectrum?
Ah Rong busy enteraining her fan club.
Isaac is not the only one with a fan club! I wonder why Ah Rong was frowning at KJ.
I guess she wasn't very please with the fact that he was in her fan club.
Finally some proper shots of her fans.
First up, KJ and Wenfeng.
KJ looked like he got his arm around Ah Rong's waist, and reaching over to touch Wenfeng's hand.

The flyers who had been through thick and thin together.
Note how the height was arranged in descending order, from left to right.

Wenfeng and Ah Rong sure know how to count with their fingers.
Our cheerleader pose.
We were in the right pose for someone to double cubie us.
Ah Rong and her fans (some of them were still on the way when this pic was taken).
One of her late-arrived fan.
Can tell that they were both very happy she made it just on time.
Now for some serious (and sad) moments.
Wenfeng held Ah Rong's hand, and walked her to the check point. Heart-warming hug between father and daughter.

The goodbye waves.
And she made her departure.

Her fans could only looked on with tearful eyes.
End of sad moments.

Back to our crappy selves.
KJ said we must take a pic since the 3 generations of captains were there that day.
We had some time to spare so we decided to take a look at the new Terminal 3.
The trolleys were so NEAT!!!
Looked like a scene from I, Robot.
And I managed to get a copy of shopping guide of the airport!
I must study it so that I know where to shop the next time I have to wait at the airport.

PS: refer to my personal blog for details of the rest of the day.

Give Me a... erm... Miss?

Din go for training today *sob*
Needed to rush out a presentation *sigh*
Sucky.

Chuanyan said formal wear is a must.
No causual formal, but formal formal.
It means I need to bring a set of formal wear, a set of cheerleading wear, plus the causal set I wear out.
Not forgetting the heels (to go with the formal wear), the cheerleading shoes (for coaching), plus the pair I wear out.

My ass is getting big.
Dun think I can fit into anything tomorrow.

A Flyer's Appetite

Coaching session today was pretty smooth.

Did a "super combo" with MJ, Peter and XY.
It turned out pretty decent.
And I'm really proud of them.
Happy =)

My only worry is that the flyers are not "there" yet, in terms of strength and body control.
Gonna be tough for the gals for the next few trainings.

Had not "flew" for a long time.
The training today made me real hungry.
I only had kaya toast from YaKun for lunch.
After coaching, Ed and I spent a long time grocery-shopping before going for dinner.
Look at all the bags!
Heavy!

Finally, dinner... Coffee-shop style.
Look at the plate of carrot cake, the chicken chop and the sirloin steak.

No pretence. No gimmick. Just pure indulgence.

Dinner completed with a nice cold glass of barley.
A hungry gal is not someone to be messed with.
