I have somehow lost the body control I used to have. Whatever the reason (be it the hormone cycle or the drop in flying frequency), I can't lock that well on tosses for the past week, no matter how hard I tried.
And it is damn disappointing.
It doesn't matter that I had done nice basket-toss backtucks and pikes before. The fact that I can't do it well now means I'm back to square one. And I'm not going in that direction.
Whatever happened for the past week is not going to be repeated.
